Sintered Ceramsite Sand for Foundry | High Strength, Low Expansion
Sintered ceramsite sand: high refractoriness, low thermal expansion, reusable. Improve casting surface and reduce defects. Free sample available.

Sintered ceramsite sand is produced from high-quality bauxite ore through crushing, fine grinding, and sintering in a rotary kiln using natural gas. As a spherical artificial foundry sand, it offers advantages in environmental performance, production cost, and production capacity. It can replace foundry ceramsite produced by the traditional electric fusion process, featuring a high recycling rate that helps lower production costs. This product is applicable to various casting alloys including cast iron, cast steel, cast aluminum, cast copper, stainless steel, and special alloys, as well as multiple foundry processes such as coated sand, no-bake resin sand, clay sand, cold box, water glass, and 3D printing.
